WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ANNUAL LICENSE VS LIFE-TIME LICENSE?
The annual license gives you Free Updates and technical support for 1-Year. Then you can continue to use the add-on but cannot download new updates and also technical support will discontinue. To renew you only pay 50% of the regular price. Whereas with the Life-Time license you get Life-Time updates and technical support with a one-time purchase.
Can I migrate from another theme to MedicalProWP?
You will be able to export and import data in CSV format using WP All Import as long as the data is supported in ListingProWP.
Does this work on my current theme?
This only works with ListingPro WordPress Theme, so if you are using any other theme it will not work.
Can I keep the listings I already have?
Only if your previous listings were created for ListingProWP Theme then you should be able to keep the existing listings. To take advantage of all the features in MedicalProWP, there are new taxonomies like Hospitals, Insurance, Awards, etc these will need to be added and assigned.
Can the doctor list their experience on their profile page?
There is a description box for bio summary available to add work and education.
Is there an integration for online consultations?
We gave a simple and open video consultation integration feature where a doctor during their profile creation can select a Video consultation option and insert their unique video consultation link.
How does the paid appointment system work with the digital wallet?
Yes, MedicalProWP has a built-in digital wallet and gives a dashboard to each practitioner to track all the payments along with the commission. The admin collects all the payments and then distributes them to the user upon request. Watch Video
How do video consultations work?
MedicalProWP allows practitioners to add their unique telehealth video app URL (ex. Doxy, VSee, Google Meet, etc) and shares it with the patient once the appointment is booked. We DO NOT offer a telehealth video conferencing tool built-in.
Is there a separate frontend submission to add new hospitals?
During listing submission from front-end users can suggest new hospitals/clinics, and then the directory admin will review and approve after adding the required content for the listing.
Can doctors list all the hospitals where they practice?
Yes, the doctors can select and list multiple locations and also mark a location as primary as long as the admin has already added from the backend.
Is there a search filter for Medical specialty?
A specialty filter is available on the archive page and on the doctor’s listing page.
